Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings will be forfeited without exception.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the x999 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held across those accounts, and the withholding of withdrawals pending a full investigation.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. x999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that is found to have been opened in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
All deposits and withdrawals on the x999 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). x999 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. x999 does not impose a standard withdrawal fee on transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Processing times for withdrawals to mobile financial services are typically one to four hours from submission; bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one business day. These timeframes are indicative only and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
Important: Deposits to your x999 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. x999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, x999 reserves the right to return the deposit, freeze the Account pending investigation, and withhold any winnings generated from funds deposited from third-party sources.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. x999 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal request, including proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method. x999 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Players are responsible for any applicable bank charges, mobile wallet transaction fees, or taxes levied by their own financial institution or the relevant tax authority in connection with transactions on x999. x999 does not provide tax advice. Players in Bangladesh are solely responsible for their own compliance with any applicable tax obligations arising from gambling winnings.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x999 is incorporated as an offshore platform operator.
